FP_BRIEF
Function of the program :
Briefly determine the matrix between the focal pair by inputing at least three pairs of coordinates points.
Purpose of the program:
In order to run the realalign faster, the initial matrix between the focal pair can be determined by using RobEM to boxed out at least three pair of corespondent points.
Usage of the program:
The program is in a interactive mode that will ask for the inputs and outputs. Just type fp_brief.
