Electron Density Map Handling Programs
FFTsynth and FFTinv are two Fast Fourier Transformation programs [1], based on the FFT technique. FFTexp is a Fourier coefficient data preparation program.

FFTINV
FFTINV is a Fourier inversion(direct to reciprocal space) program. This program calculates structure factors as the Fourier inversion of a density map by using FFT method. The output data file includes calculated phases and structure amplitudes, and normally used as an input data file to the RECIP program.

FFTEXP
FFTEXP is a Reflection data expanding program. This program is used to expand the set of reflections in an asymmetric unit to hemi-sphere in reciprocal space for the full P1 volume in real space required by the FFT synthesis.

FFTSYN
FFTSYN is a P1 FFT synthesis(reciprocal to direct space) program. This program calculates Fourier map by using FFT method (reciprocal to direct space). The input data file includes a full set (hemi-sphere) of reflections for P1 space group, prepared by the FFTEXP program.

PLOT2D
PLOT2D is a 2-d contouring package for electron density maps. This program is a plotting package based on the NCAR plotting package, with modifications to some of the NCAR routines to allow for the lotting of non-orthogonal systems.
