Available Positions
Graduate Students
We are very interested in recruiting graduate students interested in computational simulations and NMR analysis of protein structure. Interested students are encouraged to check out the following Purdue Graduate programs in which we participate.
Post-Doctoral Positions
POSTDOC IN THEORETICAL & COMPUTATIONAL CHEMISTRY
A postdoctoral position is available in the area of computational chemistry. The current research project involves the investigation of protein conformational transitions using molecular simulations, and is a collaboration with Professor Robert Skeel to develop new methodologies for exploring conformational pathways. The successful applicant is expected to have prior experience with computational methods and programming, and be highly motivated.
The Structure Group at Purdue offers a rich environment of interactive research involving computation, structural biology and molecular techniques.
Interested persons should send a CV, and arrange for 3 letters of recommendation to be emailed to cbp@purdue.edu.
