REBOX

Function of the program :

Calculate the new coordinated file based on the center searching of PFT.

Purpose of the program:

After initial several cycle of PFT orientation and center search, use the out put data file to re-center to boxed images. The new coordinate file will be more acutally centered.

Usage of the program:

• Usage: rebox [option] data_input coordinat_filein coordinate_fileout
• Options:

Options	explanations
-r radius	input the box radius so that the program can determine the center coordinate. Default 127.0

• Example for Rebox:

rebox -r 123 1234sel.dat_xxx 1234.bcrd 1234re.bcrd
